Criminal Hit and Run Charges Dismissed

We recently assisted a client charged with committing a hit and run involving property damage. Apparently, our client was merging on the highway after work and rear-ended a car that was in the lane he was trying to enter. Since he allegedly kept driving, our client was looking at a criminal conviction and up to 120 days in jail. Our team negotiated with all the parties involved and arranged to have all the charges dismissed.
