DWI Dismissed in Charlotte after Failing Sobriety Test

We represented a woman charged with DWI in Charlotte after she was pulled over for failing to yield. She was subjected to some non-standardized field sobriety tests and charged with a level five DWI. This exposed her to anywhere between 24 hours and 60 days in jail, a 12-month license suspension, as well as community service and probation. We reviewed the facts and negotiated with the prosecutors, successfully convincing all those concerned to dismiss the case. This let our client quickly and relatively painlessly move on from a potentially serious DWI situation.
