Deferral Program for Felony Larceny Charges

Recently, a client was charged with Felony Larceny by an Employee after a longstanding pattern of failing to ring up items for family members was discovered. The total loss to his employer was approximately $2,000.00. The client was facing up to 30 months in prison as well as being labeled a convicted felon. We were able to get the client approved for an informal deferral program. After his successful completion of the terms of his agreement, all charges were dismissed.
