Assault with Gun Charges Dismissed

Our client was charged with Assault by Pointing a Gun after a road rage incident went terribly wrong, which resulted in a car accident. They faced up to 150 days in jail. During their first court appearance, we were able to negotiate the dismissal of all charges.
