High-Level BAC DWI Case Dismissed

After allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign, the police decided to put a woman through sobriety testing. A breathalyzer showed her BAC to be .11, which is well above the legal limit. Her situation was also made worse due to an admission that suggested that she should not have been driving.
