DWI, Speeding, and Reckless Driving Charges Dropped

We recently represented a client accused of driving 90 mph on the highway and rear-ending a car, causing his vehicle to spin and suffer severe damage. When the police showed up, our client was the only person there, and after performing sobriety tests, he was charged with a DWI, speeding, and reckless driving. This exposed him to serious consequences in addition to a likely license suspension. We argued there were several problems with the case and after negotiation with the prosecutor, the charges were all dismissed based on insufficient evidence.
