DWI After an Accident on I-77 Dismissed

Not long ago, we represented a man charged with driving under the influence after a traffic accident on Interstate -77. The cars involved were traveling at a high rate of speed and the collision forced the vehicles into a concrete barrier.
Our client did not do well on the field sobriety test; however, the fact that he was just in a major crash was not taken into consideration. There were conflicting stories about what actually caused the crash, and the investigation did not support either version of events. With so many discrepancies, we negotiated with the prosecutor and secured a complete dismissal.
