William (Bill) E. Pastor, III was born in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey and raised in Mooresville, North Carolina. After graduating from Mooresville High School, he attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Political Science.
During his time at UNCW, Mr. Pastor served as President and Philanthropy Chairman of the Mu Chi chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, where his leadership helped earn national recognition for fundraising efforts benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He also served on the UNCW Interfraternity Council and was a member of the Order of Omega honor society. Through these roles, he stayed actively involved in the community, volunteering at local food banks, roadside cleanups, and other service projects throughout New Hanover County.
Mr. Pastor went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. While at Rutgers, he developed a strong interest in criminal, family, and constitutional law. He participated in the Criminal Law Society, Tort Law Society, and the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where he assisted underserved clients with matters including guardianships, estate distribution, and small business formation. He also gained valuable courtroom experience through both trial and appellate advocacy competitions.
After law school, Mr. Pastor returned to home to North Carolina and joined Randall Law, PLLC, as an Associate Attorney. He represents clients throughout the greater Charlotte area in a wide range of criminal matters, including felonies, misdemeanors, and expungements. Mr. Pastor takes pride in helping individuals navigate the criminal justice system with clarity and confidence.
Outside the office, Mr. Pastor enjoys playing disc golf, kayaking on Lake Norman, and spending time with his friends and family.
