Underage Drinking Charges Dismissed

Our client was charged with underage drinking while at a concert with his friends, and as a result was facing up to 20 days in jail. The client was due to turn 21 two months after the date he was charged. Our office was hired less than a week before the client’s scheduled court date. During the first court date, we were able to have all charges dismissed and the client never had to appear in court.
