Simple Assault Dropped Before Court Date

The bad blood between our client and her sister’s boyfriend led to a simple assault charge. Unfortunately, our client stepped into the middle of a fight between her sister and the sister’s boyfriend, and the boyfriend retaliated by bringing an assault charge against her.

Once we understood the dynamic between the parties, we quickly got a statement from the guy bringing the charges and were able to get the charges dismissed even before she had a court date.
