Simple Assault Case Dismissed

An altercation between a young couple recently led to both parties being charged with assault. We represented the young woman involved to deal with the simple assault case against her. By presenting the facts and negotiating with the prosecutor, we facilitated the complete dismissal of her assault case, and successfully filed a domestic violence restraining order to protect herself against the boyfriend.
