We recently represented a female charged with shoplifting from a local Target store. As a misdemeanor, this could have ended with up 120 days in jail, not to mention a theft conviction on her record. Despite her allegedly making a confession, with our team’s guidance and persuasion, her case was dismissed, and she avoided any negative ramifications.
