Several Traffic Offenses Dismissed and Reduced

Our Traffic Lawyers in Charlotte, NC recently assisted a client in Mecklenburg County to deal with various issues impacting their ability to legally drive. The individual was initially pulled over for Speeding and found themselves charged with Driving While License Revoked, Revoked Registration, and Driving with No Insurance. These multiple misdemeanor offenses put his license and criminal record at serious risk, not to mention being very expensive to rectify. We negotiated for our client, and through aggressive advocacy arranged to have the speeding infraction reduced to a non-moving violation for Improper Equipment and all the other charges dismissed.
