Several Drug Charges Dismissed, No Court Appearance

Our client was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Expired Registration after he was stopped due to his license plate being expired at the time. The client was facing up to 240 days in jail. We were able to prove that the substance possessed by the client was not an illegal substance, but was legal CBD. All charges against the client were dismissed before the client ever had to appear in court.
