Second-Degree Trespassing Case Dismissed
On behalf of Randall & Stump, PLLC in on Tuesday, April 2, 2019
In Gaston County, our client was charged with second-degree trespassing, which is a class 3 misdemeanor. To spare our client of all the trappings of a criminal conviction on their record, we pursued the best possible result. This led us to persuade the district attorney to dismiss the case in its entirety, excusing our client from any concern.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
