No Disciplinary Action for Nurse Facing License Suspension

Our client was recently terminated from her Charlotte nursing position after allegedly diverting fentanyl out of the hospital. The North Carolina Board of Nursing began to investigate her case, and our client faced losing her nursing license. Once we exposed these faults, no formal disciplinary action was pursued against our client, and no public record of the incident was documented. This effectively preserved her nursing license and allowed her to continue working in her chosen profession.
