Marijuana Trafficking Charges Dismissed

Our client was charged with two counts of trafficking marijuana after fifty pounds was discovered in her luggage. She was facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 35-51 months and a $50,000.00 fine for each count. The client’s case was ultimately dismissed.
