Man on Post-Supervision Release Not Charged for Violation

On behalf of Randall & Stump, PLLC in on Friday, April 5, 2019

Our client was on post-supervision release when officers entered his home and ultimately found ammunition. Under the conditions of post-supervision release, he now faced 10 years for his original case combined with the penalties for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. Randall & Stump PLLC negotiated on his behalf, and in the end, our client was not charged with a new crime.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
