Man on Post-Supervision Release Not Charged for Violation

Our client was on post-supervision release when officers entered his home and ultimately found ammunition. Under the conditions of post-supervision release, he now faced 10 years for his original case combined with the penalties for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
