Man Facing Over a Year in Jail Has Drug Charges Dismissed

In Union County, we represented a client charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana. The police also found him carrying a concealed weapon, in addition to a pistol and assault rifle in his car. He faced six to 17 months in jail, but our defense lawyers fiercely negotiated with the prosecution. In the end, we secured a total dismissal, and our client was free to go.
