Informal Deferral for Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor Charges

Client was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor after being accused of providing a child with controlled substances at a tailgate prior to a local concert. The client was facing up to 120 days in jail. We were able to show the alleged victim had a history of substance abuse and was able to obtain such substances on her own. As a result, we reached terms of an informal deferral, which ultimately resulted in all charges being dismissed.
