Felony Insurance Fraud Charges Dismissed

A client was charged with Felony Insurance Fraud after his significant other filed a false report with his insurance company that her laptop had been stolen. The client, who worked in insurance was facing termination at his job, as well as up to 30 months in prison. We were able to work out a deal where all charges were ultimately dismissed against the client.
