Federal Drug Conspiracy Charges Reduced

Our client was charged in Federal Court with Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Distribute more than 500 grams of Methamphetamine and Distribution of Methamphetamine.
The client was facing a mandatory minimum of not less than 10 years up to life. We successfully negotiated a plea to lesser offenses and our client ultimately received a drastically reduced sentence of 48 months.
