DWI Dismissed

Our client was charged with Driving While Impaired after leaving work late one night. The client was initially stopped for failing to maintain his lane and after the stop a DWI investigation was initiated. The client performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew over the legal limit. The client was facing active time in jail, as well as a 12-month revocation of his license. We were able to obtain a dismissal of all charges without having to proceed to trial.
