Drug Charges from Traffic Stop Dropped

During a routine traffic stop, the police smelled marijuana, and our client, who was the driver was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. The client was cooperative and didn’t have a criminal record so we were able to get all the charges dismissed.
