Domestic Violence Protective Order Dismissed

Our client was served with a domestic violence protective order by a former girlfriend. In the complaint, she alleged that our client had raped her.
We sent out a written discovery and ultimately had her complaint dismissed. The plaintiff was also ordered to pay our client’s Attorney’s fees.
