Deferred Prosecution for Harassing Phone Call Case

In Union County, a young man allegedly made some harassing phone calls to his ex-girlfriend after they broke up. Facing conviction and some significant penalties, Randall & Stump PLLC negotiated for their client to receive deferred prosecution. Our argument was successful, and upon completion of this program, the whole incident will be dismissed and off of his record.
