Concealed Gun Charges Dismissed

Recently, a client was charged with Carrying a Concealed Gun after a firearm was discovered during the course of a traffic stop. Despite the firearm being lawfully purchased, the client did not have a permit to carry his firearm while concealed and failed to disclose that there was a firearm in the car. The client was facing up to 60 days in jail. Ultimately, all charges were dismissed against our client.
