Assault Charged Dismissed After Company Holiday Party

During a company’s Christmas party, a DJ hired for the event claimed that he was owed money from the CEO and his partner. After some back and forth, an all-out brawl ensued between the DJ and people defending the CEO. When things settled down, the DJ accused the CEO of assault and demanded that he pay for damages to his equipment. He was eventually charged, and our attorneys acted quickly on the CEO’s behalf. We found numerous witnesses that were willing to testify that our client never threw a punch or struck anyone. In the end, all the charges were dismissed and our client could forget the unfortunate incident ever happened.
