A client was charged with Concealed Gun Permit Violation when they failed to properly check their carry-on bag before going through a TSA checkpoint at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. The client was facing up to 60 days in jail. We were able to get all charges dismissed on behalf of the client without them having to appear in court and obtained a significant reduction in the client’s TSA fine.
