Reduced Sentence in Firearms Trafficking Case

Our client faced federal weapons charges for with Dealing in Firearms Without a License, Possession of a Machine Gun, and Firearms Trafficking after allegedly selling 23 firearms to an undercover ATF agent. He faced up to 15 years in federal prison, with a sentencing guideline range of 78 to 97 months.
