Not Guilty Verdict for Murder and Robbery Charges

Our client was charged with First-Degree Murder, three counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. He faced life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder charge, along with a potential sentence of years for the robbery charges and up to 42 months for the conspiracy charge. After a three-week jury trial, our client was found not guilty of First-Degree Murder and all three Robbery charges. He was convicted only of the conspiracy charge and received a sentence of 23 to 40 months — a significant reduction in exposure and a major trial victory.
