Felony Weapon and Assault Charges Dismissed

Our client was charged with Going Armed to the Terror of th People, Communicating Threats, three counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, two counts of Carrying a Concealed Gun, and Sexual Battery after a dispute at a local cell phone store. Client was facing up to 900 days in jail as well as being required to register as a sex offender. After we were able to show the alleged victim fabricated the story she provided police to cover up the fact she had previously committed an armed robbery against the Client, but was never arrested, we were able to have all charges dismissed.
