Charges Dismissed & No Registration for Secretly Recording Girlfriend
On behalf of Randall & Stump, PLLC in on Wednesday, March 10, 2021
Our client was charged with several counts of secretly recording his girlfriend performing sexual acts. A conviction would typically require registeration as a sex offender.
We were able to persuade the District Attorney to allow the client to do a conditional discharge. He was not required to register, and the case was ultimately dismissed.
The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
