Case Dismissed for Woman with Prescription Pills at Airport

Our client was arrested with a bag of Adderall at the airport. Prescription drug crimes are treated seriously in Charlotte, and this exposed the young woman to some significant penalties. By presenting her valid prescription for the medication and illustrating that she had just been transporting them in a bag to the district attorney, Randall & Stump PLLC was able to have her case dismissed.
